This depicts The Cat sith,
The ogham on his chest spells Cat Sith
The cat Sith comes on the eve of Samhain,
you must leave out a saucer a milk, this will bring you luck for the rest of the year.

Due to the nature of the printing process there may be small variations from print to print. This is very much one reason why hand printed linocuts are special. Each is unique.
